Charonia lampas is a species of predatory sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Ranellidae, the triton snails, triton shells or tritons.[2]

Description

The maximum recorded shell length is 390 mm.[3]

Habitat

Minimum recorded depth is 8 m.[3] Maximum recorded depth is 50 m.[3]
